Our Story

Maison Jeco is a French culinary house based in Phnom Penh, born from the collaboration of two French chefs sharing the same passion for tradition and authenticity.

We create ready-to-eat gourmet dishes inspired by classic French cuisine: pâtés, mousses, rillettes, and slow-cooked traditional recipes such as Boeuf Bourguignon, Petit Salé aux Lentilles, and our signature Cassoulet du Cambodge.

All our recipes are prepared with care, respecting French savoir-faire while embracing the richness of local ingredients. We proudly work with La Plantation, Cambodia's finest pepper producer, to elevate our flavors with exceptional spices.
